- Description
- The Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Public Debt, on behalf of FedSource-San Antonio intends to award a sole source extension to contract Tpd-99-C-0009 with Professional Performance Development Group, Inc., 5441 Babcock Road, Suite 200, San Antonio, TX 78240, for the period of April 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004 unless terminated sooner. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements at this time. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. However, all proposals received within fifteen days (15) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
