- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ); quotes are requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. RFQ No. (Solicitation Number) A4S17L0243 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The complete solicitation is enclosed. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-07. This procurement is in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA 98314 and their technical requirements are specified in the enclosed. All items are Brand Name or equal: Required delivery dates (RDD) are listed and must be met. This procurement is set aside for small business. Offers are being solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected (unless only offers from none small business concerns are received). The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to this notice will be most advantageous, representing the best value to the government, price, and other factors considered. A Purchase Order will be awarded. The provisions at 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items and 52.212-2 Evaluation, Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation/acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, with its offer. Molex power connectors (power input and 24VDC and 320VDC output), screw down terminals (5VDC, 10VDC, and GND). The power supply board takes in 110 VAC (Line Power) and outputs an unregulated 24 VDC (3.5A), 320VDC(for high repetition rate flash strobe), two regulated 5VDC(one at .5A with les than 10mV PP ripple the other .5A) and a regulated 10VDC(2A).
