Phase I (Technical) has concluded. The Government evaluated Phase I (Technical) proposals and established a "competitive range" based on the offerors received. Offerors determined to be in the competitive range were published at www.fedbizopps.gov on December 23, 2002. The above named short-listed general contractors submitted Phase II (Price) Proposals on November 4, 2003. Prices and scope were re-evaluated resulting in this Request for Final Price Proposal Revisions. Final Price Proposal Revisions are due Tuesday, January 13, 2004. Plans and Specifications, which include 6 amendments, may be purchase only from Lane Blueprint, 1520 Main Street, Kansas City, MO 64108, ph: (816) 221-2500. Those requesting drawings, plans, and/or specifications must provide to Lane Blueprint a valid identification in the form of one of the following: a business license; DUNS number; or valid state driver's license. The planholders list will be based on only those requesting specifications. The cost of drawings and specifications is non-refundable.
