Description
The following have been added to the solicitation: 1. In paragraph 2.8.1 overall height dimensions are changed from 6 foot high to 80 inches. New Height will be 80 inches. 2. The following questions have been asked, and answers are provided here: 1. Is this a backdraft only table, with a 60 inches wide x 31 inches deep solid galvanized, but specified stainless steel, table with a 1/4 inch hard plywood surface? ANSWER: Overall height of table is around 80 inches, overall width is around 60 inches, overall depth is around 43 inches. Table Working Dimensions are around 31 inches in depth, around 58 inches in width, and height is around 43 inches. We will accept an equal table as long as it meets our spec's. 2. Are the velocity measurements, 100 to 150 fpm, measured across the 60 inches wide by 43 inches high back panel? Answer: These measurements were taken at the front of the table at five different points. 3. Are these measurements with clean filters? Answer: Yes 4. Paragraph 2.8.5 specs the prefilter to be 40 - 60 % efficient at .5 microns. Are there just one prefilter and one primary filter? How many sq. ft. of filter per each? Answer: Please refer to Paragraph 2.8.5, Internal filter system for re quirements. 5.How do they remove the filters? From the front, back, or side? Answer: Filters shall be removed from the front, and tables will be installed back to back. Sliding clean-out tray, for heavier debris, will be located at the side of the booth. 6. In Paragraph 2.8.8, is the slot in back of table 3 inches x 2 inches for debris, under suction? Answer: The back slots are not needed as long as the 100-150 fpm measurements across the front of the booth are kept. 7. What is blower voltage. Is NEMA 1 enclosure OK? Answer: Blower voltage is 3 HP, 240v, 3 phase. NEMA 1 enclosu re is OK. 8. Is it all right for the lights to have dust tight lens? Answer: This will work, as long as it meets industries standards.
