Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responses to this Solicitation/Request for Quotation (RFQ) must refer to Solicitation Number FA2543-04-Q-0004. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-18 and DFARS Change Notice 20031215. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 485510 with a small business size standard of $6.0 million. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. 460 CONS/LGCB, Buckley AFB, CO, this requirement covers one (1) line item, CLIN 0001- Request commercial coach transportation to and from destination as described herein. Number of Passengers: 83, Pick-up Date: 5 Jan. 04, 12:01am, Return Date: 8 Jan 04, 3:00pm, Pick-up point: University of Colorado-Boulder, Folsom Stadium Gate 5, Boulder CO 80309. Destination: Nellis AFB, NV. Depart Nellis AFB, NV on 6 Jan 04 @ 6:00pm enroute to Edward AFB, CA. Depart Edward AFB, CA 7 Jan 04@ 10:00pm enroute to Boulder, CO. This order is effective for the period set forth herein unless sooner terminated or extended. The following provisions and or clauses apply to this acquisition.
