Description

Replace Interior Domestic Hot/Cold Pipe, B 869/871 shall include but is not limited to removal and replacement with new domestic hot and cold water piping, chilled and hot water piping for cooling and heating system, circulating pumps; provision of fan coil units; cleaning of existing domestic potable water tank and appurtent piping; provision of new materials for existing structures affected by the construction such as the floor, ceiling, exterior and interior walls; removal and replacement with new electrical lighting fixtures and fire alarm system; disconnection and reconnection of electrical wiring (and provision of additional wiring where required); painting; and other incidental and related work in accordance with the Contract specifications and drawings. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. AWARDS CAN ONLY BE MADE TO FIRMS LICENSED AND AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS ARE INVITED TO DOWNLOAD INFORMATION CONCERNING THIS PROJECT.
