Description

TO PROVIDE TRANSITION FROM THE CURRENT QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TO COMPLIANCE WITH ISO 9001:2000 WITHIN THE TARGET DATE OF REGISTRATION 1 JUN 2004. THE CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE SERVICES IN ALL AREAS CONCERNING THE PREPARATION AND POST CERTIFICATION. THE SERVICES REQUESTED WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: AUDITING, TRAINING (INCLUDING BOOKS), TRAVEL AND INCIDENTAL EXPENSES, CERTIFIED REGISTRAR, AND CONSULTING. SEE SOLICIATION FOR CURRENT GAP-ANALYSIS REPORT. Issue date will be 6 Jan 2004. Propo sed contract is not a Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102. Therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue dat e by accessing this website, CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as well any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumben t upon any interested parties to periodically access the solicitation via this website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt may render the quote nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
