Description

The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to acquire Host System Integration/Field Upgrade and Out of Warranty Repair Services for the Joint Tactical Terminal/Common Integrated Broadcast Services-Modules (JTT/CIBS-M) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the JTT/CIBS-M is Raytheon Network Centric Systems and the only source possessing the technical data (drawings, computer source co de and interoperability documentation) necessary to meet the Government??????s requirements. The non-competitive proposed contract will be a Time & Material-Requirements Type Contract for a five-year period. Technical Representative: Hung Le (732)427-5707.
