Description

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to solicit a quotation, on a sole source basis to renew the Subscription for The American Association for the Advancement of Science, 1200 New York Avenue, Washington, DC 200005. The Subscription shall run from the date of award and continue for one year. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Simplified Acquisition procedures will be utilized and an oral quotation will be solicited on or about January 7, 2004. Other than full and open competition is authorized pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253?(1). Qualified vendors have 15 days from the date of this synopsis to submit capability statements delineating their ability to provide these software upgrades and services. Such qualifications will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct the procurement on a fully and open competition basis. No solicitation exists.
