Description

This requirement is for 81 each, Trap Assy, Bullet, NSN: 4933-00-25406346, P/N: 8448153, End Use: M134 Mini-Gun, with a 100% option. Estimated issue date is o/a 07Jan2004. Notes 1 and 26 apply. Effective January 2002, the TACOM-Rock Island Acquisition Center will no longer mail Technical Data Package (TDP) Compact Disks (CDs) if the TDP contains 20 or fewer reference documents (Drawings, SQAPs, etc.)and the technical data is available on the Worl d Wide Web. The technical data will be accessible from the TACOM - Rock Island Solicitation page located at: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/Padds_web/index.html. The substantial cost of processing CDs has necessitated taking this step. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: htt;://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a b idders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the da te and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
