Description

W911W4-04-R-0001 Army Intelligence Master Plan (AIMP). There will be a pre-proposal conference on 7 January 2004 at the Wood Theatre on Ft Belvoir from 9:00 am until 12:00 noon. Interested companies shall send the following registration information to aimp@inscom.army.mil by NLT than 2:00 PM EST on 5 JAN 2004. Late registration will not allow adequate time for entry control to process your request. Failure to provide the proper information set forth below may prevent access to Ft Belvoir and the Wo od Theatre. PLEASE provide ALL of the follwing information: 1.) Company Name as it appears in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) website along with CAGE code. 2.) Exact company address. 3.) Business size classification (i.e. Large Small SDB, non-profit, woman owned small etc.). 4.) Names and Social Security numbers for all attendees. 5.) Phone number for each attendee. All attendees will need to bring proper identification to match the information provided. At a minimum a valid drivers license and photo will be required. Directions to the Wood theatre are available at the following Fort Belvoir website: http://www.belvoir.army.mil/aafesmap.asp Wood theatre is block 12 on the map. It is also recommended you visit www.belvoir.army.mil for information you may want to read about arriving at Ft Belvoir and visitor access to the base. The Visitor Operations Processing Center, point of entry, where you will be required to come through is Tully Gate (see the website for specifics). There may be delays at the entry gate so plan accordingly.
