- The United States Department of the Interior, Minerals Management Service, completed the A-76 streamlined study of one visual information specialist (electronic media and graphic arts support), RP 32306, in Herndon, VA. We determined that the incumbent service provider provides the best value to the government. The government is the incumbent service provider. This determination was made pursuant to the Streamlined Cost Comparison procedures in OMB Circular A-76 (revised May 29, 2003) within the 90-day time limit.
