Description

Mechanical Maintenance Services at the Gignoux Courthouse and Customhouse, Portland, Maine. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside. The NIACS cde for this project is 238220. The Contractor must provide all managment, supervision, labor, sub-subcontractors, materials, supplies an equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective completion of all services within the contract. The Contractor is fully responsible for providing customer service, mechanical operations and maintenance, incidental repairs, minor repairs, quality control, value engineering, etc. This is a performance based commercial item acquisition.
