Description: The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission presently occupies 7,854 rentable square feet of office and related space in the Parkridge 85 North Building, located at 3125 Presidential Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30040. The agency has submitted mission related justification to remain in the the space resulting in a sole-source, succeeding lease for 5 year, 3 year firm. The Government would not have minor tenent improvement costs and no physical or telecommunications costs to remain in the space. Interested parties please contact the contracting officer.
