Description
The U. S. Special Operations Command, Technology Applications Contracting Office, intends to negotiate and award to ITT Industries, Clifton, NJ, a modification under Contract No. USZA95-02-C-0009. The authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, is applicable. The new work efforts include: (1) Procurement of System Test Equipment (STE) for Special Operations Aircraft (SOA) Suite of Integrated Radio Frequency Countermeasures (SIRFC) control during initial testing; (2) changing from planned single site Pole testing to multiple sites; (3) adding operational enhancements: (a) procurement of Integrated Warning Caution Advisory Voice [IWCA (V)] engineering change proposal (ECP) kits; (b) delivery of IWCA(V) text to speech engineering development board; (c) adding an EW integration demonstration; (d) SIRFC Publications and Training; (e) support of Maintainability, Logistics, and Built In Test (BIT) Demonstration and Government SOA IOT&E Support; (e) updating publications; (f) providing enhance pilot vehicle interface improvements within CAAS; (g) support SOA testing; and (h) lifetime buys of gate array assemblies. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement are not available and cannot be furnished. This is a DO-A1 rated order. The North American Industrial Classification code is 336413; the business size is 1000. ECP IWCA(V) kits and FPGA desired delivery is six (6) months ARO. FOB: Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Delivery shall be to TAPO, Ft. Eustis, VA.
