- Description
- This announcement is for 100 % small business set aside acquisition. The U.S. Department of State (DOS), Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement is seeking to procure ammunition meeting the SAAMI/ANSI standards and technical requirements in the request for proposal. The solicitation will be available electronically on the Fedbizzopps website on or about 12 Dec 2003. Requests for solicitation will not be accepted. Proposals will be due approximately 15 days after issuance of solicitation. Complete proposal instructions are listed in the solicitation. The NAICS for this award is 332992. The government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. The evaluation factors (technical requirements) will be rated acceptable/unacceptable. Award will be made to the bidder whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be in writing to Lisa Goodwine and may be submitted by email to goodwinelc@state.gov. The solicitation will be issued via the Internet on www.fedbizopps.gov , no hard copies will be issued. It is the firms’ responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments. Proposals must be received no later than 1:00 P.M.
