Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-18. The solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-33, 252.204-7004. NAIC Code: 541519 This is a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to Tufan Inc., 82 Pioneer Way, Mountain View, CA 94041. Maintenance Agreement Renewal for AutoPlan, AutoTeam and AutoPlan Toolkit Project Planning and Time Tracking Software. AutoPlan is used to plan software development projects within NAIC. AutoTeam is used to track time charges against approved charge codes. The support and maintenance shall include software upgrades and telephone technical support. This Request for Quote has the following line item(s): Line Item 0001, Renewal of AutoPlan Software Maintenance Support License (A100606, A101277 - A101285, A401792, A401810, A401832-A401835, A401846-A401848, A401853, A403123- A403141, A700400-A700429)- Qty (45) seats; Line Item 0002, Renewal of AutoTeam Software Maintenance Support License (T203495, T205445-T207044)- Qty (1630) seats; and Line Item 0003, Renewal of AutoPlan Enterprise Toolkit Support (N60477)- Qty (1) each.
