Description

This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole-source order with IKON for the total maintenance (annual, CY2004) to include quality assurance, preventative maintenance and repair (2-4 hour call out)for EDOX print controllers/print systems CLC5000s (2), iR3200s (2) and one (1) iR2058, to include parts, labor, drums and toner. MacDill AFB intends to issue a purchase order to IKON under the authority of FAR 6.302-1-only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Additionally, FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) applies. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation per FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-16.
