Description

This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis, a purchase order to American Chemical Society, 2540 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, Ohio 43210, for providing a one year contract for prop rietary web based subscriptions for the USMA Library. Award amount is estimated at $23,439.00. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will s atisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 516110 and the size standard is 500. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. Responses to this notice must be received within two (2)calendar days of the date of this notice via e-mail to Pamela.Jones@usma.edu. See numbered Note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no soliciation available.
