- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acqui sition Circular 2001-18 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. CLIN 0001: 6 each, 18 foot sweeping brooms. Brooms are required for M-B Inc. runway sweeper, MFG model number: 460 0-FMD-HP3. Brooms may be a combination of smaller broom segments that shall equal 18 feet. All brooms shall be composed of wire bristles. United Rotary Brush P/N 29-CW265224 or equal. Items are required within 30 ARO, and FOB destination is required.
