- 3120-01-108-2573, YPG03346000789, Bearing Sleeve. This NSN has Qualified Product Lists (QPL) requirements. Qualification must be in accord with the cited specifications/standards. The so urce for this item must be certified and QPL approved at of contract award. IAW VSTD NR SAE-AS81934, Basic dtd 98 Apr 01, QPL-AS81934-1 required. See numbered notes 23 & 26. Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Destination, Inspection & Acceptance at Origin with Quality Assurance Provision B02. Critical item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity 5598 to be delivered to Stockton CA and New Cumberland PA. within 95 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to increase quantity is included in the RFP.
