NSN: 1560-01-458-6170; Foam Segment, Explos; IAW McDonnell Douglas Corp/Boeing (Cage 76301) P/N 68B580059-191 Rev 'K' dtd 19/01/1998; Approved Source: Engineered Fabrics Corp (Cage 56221), Best Foam Fabricators (Cage 2V686), Pacific West Foam Ind (Cage 0KPM0), Keymiaee Aer-Tech Inc. (Cage 0JM93), Hi-Tech Foam Products (Cage 06XU5). Configuration Control Applies. Purchase request is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Quantities are estimated as follows: Base year guaranteed minimum 9 each. Minimum order quantity base year 9 pcs. Maximum contract quantity base year 117 pcs. Option years 1 through 4 guaranteed minimum 36 pcs. Minimum order quantity 36 pcs. Maximum contract quantity 288 pcs. See solicitation for additional details. Origin inspection I/A/W QAP007. FOB Origin. Destinations unknown. Government First Article applies. Alternate offerors are required to submit a complete technical data package with their offer in order to be considered as an additional source. Electronic offers are not acceptable.
