- Solicitation for End Item: F-15 Aircraft, NSN 1650-01-286-5222, YPG03322000796, Piston, Hydraulic Fluid, I/A/W Hydro-Aire, Inc., Cage 81982, P/N 86617. Critical Application Item. Quantity: 200 each, 100% quantity option applies. This is an unrestricted procurement with other than full and open competition. Intended sources: Hydro-Aire, Inc., Cage 81982. FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Deliver within 270 days ARO for the production units. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the government. Solicitations between $25,000 and over will be made in writing. Request for a written quote, please submit offers to fax # (804) 279-4165. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a complete copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. Offerors must submit a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
