- Description
- (1) Construct addition to existing restroom building consisting of two 65 sq. ft. (each) structures at the entry ways for the mens and womens restrooms. (2) Construct new 100 sq. Ft. storage building detached but in the vicinity of the restroom building. Structures are concrete block with cutlured stone veneer and wood roof structure. (3) Site work, sidewalks and grading around new construction. Pre-bid meeting scheduled for April 1, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at the Sitting Bull Falls Recreation Area. Please include Davis Bacon wages. The NAICS code is 234990. This project will be 100% set aside for small bnus The solicitation will be issued on or about February 15, 2004.
