Please use the subject line: Copiers STATEMENT OF WORK BACKGROUND: The Department of Commerce, The International Trade Administration (ITA), Chief Financial Officer and Director of Administration, Office of Organization and Management Support is consolidating their copier program in order to have internal administrative services delivered in the most efficient and least costly manner. Also, to make it easier for ITA customers to get prompt services, ensure better reporting of copier use, and make it easier if offices wish to connect their copiers to their network printers. GERNAL SCOPE OF WORK: ITA is seeking a contractor to provide copier management that includes maintenance service and supplies (i.e., toner) for our multi copier equipment which includes Canon (69), Savin (3), Oce (3), Kodak (1), Konica (1), Ricoh (16), and Sharp (6). Use the subject line: Copiers PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The vendor will provide all services and supplies to the Department of Commerce/International Trade Administration, 14th & Constitution Ave, NW, Washington, DC and to both annex buildings located at 1099 14th Street, NW and the Ronald Reagan Building. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance will begin on or about January 20, 2004 through September 30, 2004. EVALUATION: An evaluation will be made on best value taking into consideration response time after placing a service call, monthly reports that include monthly volume and supplies, and demonstrated past performance on repairing the various types of copiers described about. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration www.ccr.gov to receive an award.
