Description

MODIFICATION ADDED RESPONSE REQUEST NUMBERS 6-8. This Synopsis of Sources Sought is being conducted by 460th Contracting Squadron, Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado to determine the size, and type of businesses able to deliver, install, remove and maintain a 7,400 square foot modular building, to include the installation of a fire suppression and fire alarm system. Provide all labor and equipment, as required, for the successful completion of specified project within commercial standards. If this is a service your business can provide respond to this Sources Sought by 9 January 2004; 3:00 P.M. (local). Responses should include: (1) Business Name and Address (2) Point of Contact Name and Phone Number (3) DUNS and NAICS code(s) (4) Business Size SMALL or LARGE (5) Type of Business 8A, HUBZone, WOMEN-OWNED, SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED etc. (6) Who is the manufacture of the modular buildings you supply? (7) What portion(s), if any, would you subcontract out? (8) Do you own or lease the modular building you provide?
