Description

The US Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center/Natick intends to conduct negotiations on a sole source basis and award a contract to Irvin Aerospace, Inc., 3701 West Warner Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92704 for the purchase of 130 each of SF-10A Personnel Pa rachute Canopies, with one Option for an additional quantity of 13 each, with a second Option for an additional quantity of 1,867 each, with Technical Support and Services for testing, training, maintenance, and technical information for the technical manu als, Optional Supplies, and Data Rights for the SF-10A Main Canopy. CAGE CODE 08DX3. Authority is FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Due to the proprietary nature of the design an d manufacturing processes, these components are only available from Irvin Aerospace Inc. All deliveries will be F.O.B. Destination. Deliveries of shipments will be due 90 days after award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code i s 314999; the size standard is 500 employees.
