Project number 3AZ0147. LOCATION: Bounded by or adjacent to: NORTH: Magee Rd., SOUTH: Wetmore Rd., WEST: La Cholla Blvd., EAST: First Ave. The GSA is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 6,502 rentable square feet. Rentable space must yield 5,654 to 5,937 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of contiguous space. Lease term: ten years, five years firm. Occupancy desired June 1, 2004 or sooner. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: Building name and address; rentable square feet and rental rate per square foot; method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet; common area factor for available space. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
