A firm fixed price purchase order will be issued. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITION; A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION IS NOT AVAILABLE. Interested parties may submit written evidence of their interest and bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement. Such submissions must be received prior to 2 PM EST on January 15, 2004 and will be reviewed to ONLY to determine if it is necessary to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination not to compete the requirement is exclusively within the discretion of the Government.
