- The Department of the Interior, Minerals Management Service intends to make a firm-fixed price, sole-source award to C/S Solutions, Inc. This non-competitive action is being issued by GovWorks under the authority of the Department of the Interior Franchise Fund on behalf of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Arlington, VA. This action is being processed in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(a), only one responsible source and solicited in accordance with FAR 13.3, Simplified Acquisition Methods. MDA has a requirement for a 1 year software maintenance renewal for winsight Administrator, C/S Glue, Briefing Wizard, Risk+ and Project Connect. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities or submit proposals. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all proposals received within 5 days after the date of publication of this synopsis. All expressions of interest shall be faxed to 703-787-1009 (Attn: Lydia Hendershot) or emailed to Lydia.Hendershot@mms.gov for consideration by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
