Description

NSN: 2840-01-191-1893, Blade, Turbine Rotor. Requiring engineering source approval by the design activity. The General Electric Co., (Cage:07482), P/N 9530M90P02, Revision ?AJ? dated 9/11/98. Acceptable source(s): Volvo Aero Norge (Cage: N2141), Howmet (Cage: 3V257), Goodrich/Walbar Turbomachinery (Cage: 58556) and Therm Inc., (Cage: 99160). Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP E09. Requested delivery for stock is 177 DARO. First Article Testing Applies. Delivery of FAT is 90 DARO, Testing and Evaluation 90 DARO, Total delivery with FAT 357 DARO. Total delivery with FAT waived is 177 DARO (incluses 15 days for Production Lot Testing). This NSN is not a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited as Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 15,072 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 7,536 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
