- Little Rock Air Force Base wishes to obtain a Distance Learning Job Site Training Point of Contact (JST POC)for Blanket Purchase Agreement. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. If there is an after hour point of contact, please include in quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710 and the small business size standard is $6 million. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsive small business offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to Little Rock AFB. Paper copies will not be available. You may download the solicitation and fax your quote in. Once the solicitation is posted, on or about 5 January 2004, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. This request for quote will close on 14 January 2004, 16:30 CMT. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code).
