DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD: 12 MONTHS. WITH OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT: 48 MONTHS. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 150 DAYS ARO. First Article Test for Government Testing. Sample size 1 each for FAT. Configuration Control applies, Critical Application item. QAP 007. NAICS is 336413. This is a restricted proc- curement, to approved sources. FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a request for proposal for an indefinite quantity contract. Estimated annual quantity for year one is 26 each.
