Item source control in accordance with General Electric, CAGE 99207 P/N 4053T78P01, approved source is Meggitt Avionics, CAGE 58880, P/N 418-07054. RFP#: SP0440-04-R-1875. Contracting Officer: Jan Matthews, 804-279-5893. Issue Date: 27 January 2004, Closing Date: 26 February 2004. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 120 DARO. Subject RFP is for a Definite Quantity Contract with a quantity of 581. A Technical Data Package is not available for this NSN and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
