Description

The Contractor shall provide rotary wing service, fully trained personnel, medical equipment, and all necessary supplies to perform air evacuation service for General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital, Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri. Evacuations will be to hospitals in St. Louis, Springfield, and Columbia, Missouri. The contract period will be from 01 April 2004 through 30 September 2004 with four twelve-month option periods. This action will be processed in accordance with commercial item procedure s. This procurement is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. All requests for this solicitation must be in writing and reference RFQ #W81K00-04-T-0121. Requests may be faxed to (210) 916-3040 or (210) 916-4698.
