Description

PRE SOLICITATION NOTICE NON-COMMERCIAL SERVICES: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools and other items necessary to provide required services for 86 Temporary Lodging Facilities (TLF) Units, 12 Dormitories (1004 rooms), 11 Lodging (VOQ/VAQ/DV/PME) Facilities (429 rooms), and Furnishings Management Office warehousing operations in accordance with the contract specifications. Work consists of but is not limited to: Responding to Maintenance Service Calls, Appliance Service Calls, Interior/Exterior Painting, Pick-up/Delivery of household furnishings, and Management/Inventory of Government Property. Solicitation will be available on or about 22 January 2004 with a closing date of 23 February 2004. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation specifications will only be available through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) at http://www.eps.gov. Format for specifications and attachments are Microsoft Word and or Microsoft Excel. This project is set-aside for Registered 8(a) Program Small Business concerns under NAICS 561210.
