PRON: AX4Q0063AX, NSN: 1260-01-167-4624, PN: 340600, Quantity: 36 each plus 45 each Option 1 and 45 each Option 2 applicable to the OH-58D Airframe, delivery to New Cumberland, PA and Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 280 Days Aft er Contract Award. This item is restricted to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Cage Code 26916 because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft ade quate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encou raged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsi ble sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date st ated above.
