Description

Reference Solicitation W914NS-04-R-0007. This amendment is issued to the preceding solicitation synopses to incorporate the following changes. 1. The final Request for Proposal (RFP) was released January 6, 2004 on the Coalition Provisional Author ity (CPA) website at http://www.rebuilding-iraq.net. There are significant changes in the solicitation from the prior draft release. 2. Financial capability, past performance and organizational team structure data is due 13 January 2004. 3. The new date for the pre-proposal conference has not been determined and a notice will be posted at this site as well as at the CPA website once that new date has been established. 4. Responses to the questions received to date will be posted on the CPA website withi n the next two (2) business days. 5. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged or will be specified in the RFP.
