- Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Jeol USA Inc., on other than full and open competitive basis, the purchase of a one year service maintenance contract on the following items: Electron Microscope, part #JEM-3010, a high resolution scanning unit, part #ASID, a back scattered unit, part #BEI, a water chiller, part #R175, a side entry Goniometer, part #SEG, and a turbo molecular pump unit, part #TMP. Sole source is based on equipment being proprietary to Jeol USA Inc. See note(s) 22.
