- The General Services Administration (GSA) has interest in leasing approximately 24,000 BOMA rentable square feet of contiguous office space, together with 2 parking spaces in Sacramento, California. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 20,232 BOMA usable square feet. Lease Term: 10 years, 8 years firm. Desired Occupancy Date: August 1, 2004. Area of consideration is Sacramento, California, with the delineated area being: Both sides of Power Inn Road from Folsom Boulevard on the north to 14th Avenue, on the south to include the Granite Regional Park Complex. Both sides of Folsom Boulevard from Bicentennial Circle west to 65th Street; North by 65th Street to Elvas Avenue; Northwest by Elvas Avenue to J Street; West by J Street to 55th Street; South by 55th Street to Folsom Boulevard; East by Folsom Boulevard to 59th Street; South by 59th Street to Broadway; East by Broadway to 65th Street; North by 65th Street to Folsom Boulevard Location of space to be offered must be in a commercial office district with attractive surroundings and with a prevalence of modern design or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Well-maintained streets and public sidewalks are required. Buildings that contain asbestos or PCB materials will not be considered. A fully serviced and handicapped accessible building is required.
