- The final PMO and SPMO solicitations have been posted. They may be found here on FedBizOps, on the Pentagon Renovation Program website at http://renovation.pentagon.mil, and on the Coalition Provisional Authority PMO website at www.rebuilding-iraq.net. A list of changes made between the last published drafts and the final RFPs is also available for download. Ability to Succeed volumes for the PMO and SPMO solicitations are due electronically by Noon (EST), Monday, January 12, 2004.
