- The DOL-OCS is seeking sources sought for General Service Administration (GSA) Management, Organization, and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) Privatization Support Services and Documentation (SIN 874 6) and also 874-1, 874-4 to provide support in accordance with OMB circular A-76 studies as described in the original notice of sources sought. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued to selected qualified sources with an expeditious turnaround. Interested GSA MOBIS 874-1 or 4 or 6 or any or all SIN requirements. Contractors are requested to submit three copies of a qualification package and a past performance reference list to Robert Knauer, Contracting Officer, Office of Competitive Sourcing, Room S-1522, 200 Constitution Ave, Washington, DC 20210 (with 1 additionally copy electronically by email compressed or zipped) no later than January 30, 2004. It is requested the qualification packages contain no more than 3 pages of general or background information, but shall include your DUNNs number, confirmation of CCR registration, VETS 100 registration number, and your TIN. Each package may also contain 1or more pages, not to exceed the total 30 page limitation in the RFQ of specific information for each of the task areas and Contract Item numbers your company wants to be considered for. In addition to the information provided by your qualification package, provide a total of five past performance references of similar contracts that have been completed within the past four years in accordance with Attachment 2 of the RFQ. References should include a point of contact for both the contractual and technical disciplines, a brief statement of the scope of work, contract duration and total dollar amount on Attachment 2 and signed by the customer. Contractors should identify any information they consider to be sensitive or proprietary. Schedule B is listed at Attachment 5 is for pricing. Teaming arrangements and subcontracting is permitted. The DOL will not be responsible for returning materials.
