Description

This is a sole source requirement for NSN: 5998-01-482-6018SO; P/N: 1160100-105; Noun: Communications Control Unit; Appl: AIC40/AC130U aircraft. This requirement is for a basic contract period with a quantity of 3 each. There is a basic option quantity range of 1-5 each and two outyear options with a quantity range of 1-5 each outyear option. The total estimated quantity to be bought is 18 each. Destination: Robins AFB, GA. Delivery: 3 each due by 31 May 2004. A firm-fixed price contract will be issued to Cage Code: 00816, Palomar Products, Inc., 23042 Arroyo Vista, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688-2604 . Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c ) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
