Description: The Bureau of Land Management is seeking to lease space in Meeker, Colorado. BLM is requiring approximately 14,422 rental square feet of office, 4,125 square feet of warehouse and 42,071 square feet of wareyard to accommodate 64 employees, with an additional 94 parking spaces for employees and visitors (including 4 RV spaces). The lease will be a 15 year firm term, with one (1) 5 year renewal.
