Description

Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) Point Mugu, CA intends to issue Task Order GM02 on a sole source basis to Northrop Grumman Field Support Services. Requirement is to install and test Dual Element Fire Warning System Kit Installation consisting of Airframe Change (AFC) 175 Rev A and Quick Engine Change (QEC)-12 Rev A ?A? and ?P? kits into two (2) C-2A aircraft. Northrop Grumman Field Support Services is the only known source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm, other than NG FSS, should respond in accordance with Numbered Note 22. Numbered Note 26 also applies.
