Description

The work includes providing all labor and materials to replace HVAC equipment, provide new HVAC Controls, replace some interior ceiling tiles, and incidental related work as specified in the specification, complete and ready for use. Completion time will be 150 calendar days. Construction range is between $500,000 - $700,000. IFB will be available on or about 26 January 2004. Plans and specifications can be obtained via internet website www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Funds are presently not available for this project. This project is issued pursuant to PL105-135, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. (Unrestricted)Site visit is scheduled for 10 February 2004 at 9:00 AM et.
