- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport WA. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345 requires 2 Each Printed Wiring Board, Rigid Flex PWB, in accordance with 91K1500620-01. Note: This is the First Article of Item 0002 of Solicitation, which will be tested and retained by NUWC Keyport if material is supplied by unproven source. 42 Each Printed Wiring Board, Rigid Flex PWB, in accordance with 91K1500620-01. Note: This is a production lot in the event First Article is applicable. Drawing readily available upon written request only as specified in the RFQ. This requirement will be procured on a full and open competition basis. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. When issued, the RFQ will be posted electronically on the NUWC Division Keyport, Acquisition Division website. Offerors wishing to submit an offer ar e responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. It is anticipated that the solicitation package will be available for download via NUWC Division Keyport website (http://kpt-eco.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil) on or about 12 January 04 with award anticipated 18 February 04. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certificati ons found in the solicitation, and (3) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). Numbered note 1 applies.
