- Description
- this will be a contract for tax identification and collection services for real property taxes, tax liens, the collection of nuisance taxes (special assessment, clean city fee, WASA liens, etc), and the collection of homestead and senior citizen benefits from property owners not in compliance with statute. Real estate foreclosure services are required. In athe performance of the services the Contractor shall use its own initiative and resources to identify categories of properties, taxes, tax credits, nuisance taxes (special assessment, clean city fee, water and sewer liens) for collection, special tax sale, foreclosure, homestead tax credit and senior citizen deductions audits. THE ANTICPATED DATE OF RELEASE IS 12/22/03. 01/08/2004 PLEASED BE ADVISED >>>> The release of this RFP has been postponed until further notice.
