Description: Personal Service Contract/Human Rights Program Specialist. This position is located in the USAID/Cambodia?s Office of General Development (OGD) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The primary focus of this position will be in the management of programs related to the monitoring and defense of human rights (which will also include anti-trafficking) programs. The contractor?s duties/responsibilities will involve the full range of consultative, advisory, monitoring, management, data collection and analysis, and evaluative aspects within the sector of human rights, with a particular emphasis on monitoring and defense of human rights and anti-trafficking activities
