ATTN: ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS WHO ATTENDED THE MANDATORY SITE VISIT HELD ON 8 JAN 2004 at 0930 A.M. - DMAFB, AZ FOR THIS PROJECT: Western Technologies Inc., Asbestos Test results, dated 9 Jan 2004, conducted on Building 4201 (Community Center, DMAFB, AZ) Roof area are summarized as follows: Sample ID RS-1, Sample Type: Bldg 4201, Sample Location: Roof, Analytical Results: 2% Chrysotile Sample ID RS-2, Sample Type: Bldg 4201, Sample Location: Roof, Analytical Results: < 1% 0 20 % Chrysotile Sample ID RS-1, Sample Type: Bldg 4201, Sample Location: Roof, Analytical Results: 2% - 20% Chrysotile Some attendees provided fax numbers that have not worked. FYI: The asbestos report, and/or related documents, is a total of six (6) pages.
